Keep it to yourself, bro! Amanda Stanton may have liked kissing Josh Murray all over Mexico on Bachelor in Paradise, but that doesn’t mean she liked the moaning that went along with it. The mom of two opened up about her fiancé’s odd habit during After Paradise on Tuesday, September 6.

“He does not do it that much,” Stanton, 26, told cohosts Sean Lowe and Michelle Collins. “I would have told him to stop it. It grosses me out! I would not have been OK with that if that was really going on.”

Murray, 32, often made awkward moaning noises when he and Stanton made out on the ABC series. He even appeared to groan when he ate pizza, but he has since insisted that producers exaggerated the situation with strategic editing.

“They play it over and over! I don’t really moan like that,” Murray previously told Us. Stanton chimed in: “He doesn’t think he makes that sound, but he does. It’s funny watching it back. We have to laugh!”

In any case, Stanton still fell for the former athlete. Murray, who previously won the heart of season 11 Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, proposed to the former season 20 Bachelor contestant during the BIP finale. (Murray and Dorfman called off their engagement in January 2015.)

“I never really knew what true love was. I thought I did in the past, but I didn’t until I met you, and this is true love,” Murray said during his proposal to Stanton, which aired on Tuesday, September 6. “You are the sweetest, kindest, most loving, generous woman that I have ever met.”

Stanton and Murray’s road to engagement wasn’t always an easy one. During BIP, cast members — including new Bachelor and Murray’s rival Nick Viall — often questioned Murray’s motives. (Dorfman claimed that she had a volatile relationship with Murray in her memoir, It’s Not Okay.) Stanton, however, stuck by him.

“He’s so dedicated and so loyal,” Stanton previously told Us Weekly. “He’s sweet and thoughtful and caring — it’s not just something he turns on for the cameras.”
