After his alleged abuse on Jace Evans, David Eason apparently has better things to do than appear in court.
After delaying his appearance, David has pushed back the hearing until after the holidays.
David Eason was due in court on Nov. 29 after allegations of attacking
Jenelle Evans‘ son,
Jace Evans.
On September 29th, the 14-year-old was reported missing for a third time. Soon after, police began treating the case as an investigation into possible neglect.
According to TMZ, Jace escaped through his window and went out into the woods that surround the family’s home.
Jenelle told law enforcement that her son left the house without a phone. The police showed up to their home around 8:00 p.m., TMZ noted.
The 31-year-old soon shared with her followers on social media that her oldest son had been found safe. He was then removed from the Easons’ custody and placed back with Jenelle’s mother, Barbara.
The CPS investigation found that David committed physical harm against Jace. Their evidence is outlined in court documents.
The Sun obtained records that outline David’s physical assault.
According to the paperwork, it happened on September 28th.
“The defendant unlawfully and willingly did, being the parent of Jace V Evans, who was a child, less than 16 years of age, inflict physical injury on that child,” the court documents explain.
