Portman certainly looked pregnant as she was seen carrying her 4-month-old son Alef in Hollywood, Ca on Thursday. It may be soon for Portman to be pregnant again, but there is an undeniable pump under her plain shirt. It doesn’t look like belly fat either as the bump stays firm against Alef’s leg.
