Nick Jonas is going all country on us.
The former Jonas Brothers’ singer has been setting the charts alight with his sexy R&B solo records, and his latest single ‘Close’ (featuring Tove Lo) is already a huge hit.
And now the multi-talented singer/songwriter is turning his talents to country music.
The sexy singer has confirmed that he will be performing at this years Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM Awards), he will team up with country singer Kelsea Ballerini to perform a special duet.
Nick tweeted: “Been working on something special for Sunday and now it’s official… I’m joining @KelseaBallerini for a duet at #ACMs on CBS. Don’t miss us!” (sic).
This is not the first time that Jonas has been linked to the country music world, back in 2013 he met up with country-crossover queen Shania Twain after her Las Vegas show, he happily posed for photos with the ‘Up!’ singer, alongside his then girlfriend Olivia Culpo.

Other artists taking to the ACM stage at this years ceremony also include amongst others, Keith Urban, and Miranda Lambert.
The ACM Awards will be on American TV this Sunday (April 3rd) on CBS at 8/7C.
